About the Role

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to grow WIPE hotwire's business across industrial, OEM and EPC customers. You will build relationships, understand technical requirements and deliver solutions from our cable, harness and heating portfolio while achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business across OEM, EPC and industrial customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Understand technical requirements and propose suitable cable / harness solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate and close orders to meet targets.
  • Coordinate with engineering and production on customer requirements and delivery.
  • Track market trends and competition, and report on the sales pipeline.

Skills & Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand and present technical products.
  • Result-orientation and target focus.
  • Willingness to travel for customer engagement.
  • Proficiency with CRM and MS Office.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

  • Experience selling cables, wires, electrical or industrial products.
  • An existing OEM / EPC network.
  • Technical background in electrical / electronics.

Certifications (If Applicable)

  • MBA in Marketing / Sales is an added advantage.
